Peanut Ginger Chicken


Sauce:
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c water
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp chili garlic
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Mix well, dredge all over 3 skinless boneless chicken breast halves.
Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes til chicken is done.
serve with brown rice and broccoli.
Take many bows, cuz this ROCKS!
Also fab on tempeh or seitan
