I am expecting a box of yarn to finish up the big project, and start on two new smaller projects, I hope it comes tomorrow! I want to get these items finished and sent off to the website for submission.
Oh yeah, I heard yesterday that they accepted my first submission, I think it will be going live next month! (If I understood correctly). This means thousands of people will see my design! (and Amanda's face, as it happens.... seems my photography was up to their standard, so they wanted to use my photos, too!)

Congratulations on your pattern's acceptance for publication! As an admirer of your photography, I can understand why they want to use your images.
I kept looking at your last image (which hints at a new pattern) in this blog entry and finally realised it reminds me of magnified scales of a butterfly wing, like that of the Ulysses butterfly which lives here in Far North Queensland, Australia. Looking forward to seeing the complete pattern.
