Oscar and I hit the hay about 9 p.m. last night. It felt great at the time, I was a little short of sleep. It meant, however, that I woke up bright eyed and all too bushy at 4 a.m. this morning.

I whiled away the 3 and a half hours until Oscar got up by making a huge batch of food to be frozen in meals for Oscar (and for me). I think we got 12 containers of green beans. potatoes and hamburger gravy put away.

Now that Oscar has headed off for work, I will concentrate on finishing a sample or two for current patterns, and maybe jotting down some preliminary instructions for the next two (or four) patterns.
Then maybe do some Christmas knitting. I hope to squeeze a nap in there sometime, or I'll wind up in bed before Oscar gets off work tonight!
Here are a few more hints. With any luck at all, tomorrow's blog post will be about a completed pattern I hinted about a week or so ago, with FULL photos this time!
