Desert

One of my favorite times was spent out in the Saline Valley in November, many years ago. It's a desert straddling Nevada and California, north of Death Valley.
I was able to bring back a little of that feeling in the desert landscape portion of the conservatory. Here are a few of the photos I took.

Hey, that looks like my neighbors yard...
except for that big window thing....hey, and I can probably tell you what they all are!
The first one I can't tell, but may be a jumping cacti..second is a Barrel, not sure but I think Golden...
third is....Agave of some kind?
Maybe Yucca...Fourth is the same as the first.. I know I know this one... the red flowers give it away...
next is Aloe... the next... two barrel's next to each other?
They all look like are getting too much water... but then again, most of the one I see are in the desert...
Ha!
Great pictures as usual...
I suspect that you are going to release them all slowly, just to make us wait...
That's OK...
Kind of like having lots of little presents to open!
What a wonderful day you must have had...
